Kyaninga Lodge is located 15 minutes outside Fort Portal town. Perched atop a hill overlooking a stunning blue crater lake. Kyaninga lodge enjoys spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, set against a magnificent backdrop of the Rwenzori Mountains in the distance. Kyaninga lodge accommodates twenty guests in eight raised log cabins.

Kyaninga Lodge offers nature walks around the top of the crater which takes between two and three hours to complete. There is also a slightly longer route, which takes you through an un-spoilt forest teeming with wildlife, plant species and birds. Here you will be able to see troupes of red tailed monkeys, vervets and black and white colobus monkeys.
