Day 1: Meet and greet upon arrival at Kigali international airport by our professional driver guide then transfer to Laico/ Novotel Hotel on bed and breakfast BB

Day 2: After breakfast drive to Akagera National Park the route which passes through Rwanda’s phenomenal landscape and living lifestyles check in at Akagera Game Lodge for lunch After lunch at leisure followed by evening game drive to southern circuit alongside the Lake Ihema. During game drive, there are plenty of animals to see including elephants, giraffes, buffalos, zebras, hippos, crocodiles and many other mammal species.

One of the most scenic savannahs in East Africa, the game drive in Akagera boasts 525 species of birds and 4 endemics as well as a large number of migrant birbs, Akagera provides you an opportunity to see different also view gentle hills blending beautifully with low land swamps and water bodies back to the lodge for dinner and overnight on bed and breakfast BB

Day 3: After breakfast morning game drive in the central and northern sectors of the park with Picnic lunch at the top of Mt. Mutumba (1825 meters), which commands stunning panoramic views of the park and far beyond into Tanzania. After drive to Kigali overnight stay at Laico/ Novotel Hotel on bed and breakfast BB

Day 4: After breakfast drive to Volcanoes national park via Kigali Memorial centre after check in at Gorilla Mountain View Lodge for lunch, after lunch at leisure late evening visit Ibyiwacu Village Cultural Dancers back to the lodge dinner and overnight stay on bed and breakfast BB

Day 5: After early breakfast drive to park headquarter for registration and briefing on how you will behave during Gorilla trekking, trek afterwards, here you will spend 2-3 hours with gorilla family then back to the lodge for lunch after lunch drive to Twin lakes of Burera and Ruhondo back to the lodge for dinner and overnight at the lodge on bed and breakfast BB

Day 6: After breakfast drive to Gisenyi/ Kivu is one of the great lakes in Africa and the largest of the fresh water lakes that gleam in the Albertan (Western) rift of the Great Rift Valley. Lake Kivu stands 1461m (4,790ft) above sea level and is Africa’s highest lake. The northern shore is subject to eruptions from nearby Mt Nyiragongo.

Beach relaxation: Surrounded by majestic mountains with soothing sandy beaches and gently pounding waves, Lake Kivu is a perfect place to relax. Here you can sit back in the shade of giant trees and refresh back your minds about Gorilla trekking, Gisenyi offers excellent view of the lake and the Virunga volcanoes massive. With its waterfront and sandy beaches, Gisenyi is a wonderful place to relax with the feel of tropical beach resort with captivating air, Lunch and dinner at Kivu Serena Hotel on bed and breakfast BB

Day 7: After breakfast drive to Kibuye and on the way visit the Bisesero Genocide memorial Site lunch at Moriah Hill hotel, after lunch there is optional of boat ride to visit Amahoro Island in Lake Kivu dinner and overnight stay at the hotel on bed and breakfast BB

Day 8: After breakfast drive to Nyungwe national park then lunch at Gisakura Guest house Visit the Colobus monkey in Nyungwe forest national park this jungle (1000sq.km) is probably the richest in terms of biodiversity in Africa. It is home to 13 types of primates, several species of large mammals e.g. Leopards, Golden cats, Bush pigs and Duikers. Among the primates, Chimps, black and white monkeys, colobus and blue monkeys have been habituated for tourism.

There are 275 bird species, 25 endemics and the great blue Turaco is a star attraction.
This park also boasts 250 species of trees and shrubs plus an amazing 148 Orchid varieties overnight Gisakura Guesthouse on bed and breakfast BB

Day 9: After early breakfast report to the park reception for registration and start Chimpanzee trekking, lunch and spend evening hours at leisure dinner and overnight at Gisakura Guest House on bed and breakfast BB

Day 10: After breakfast drive to Kigali via Butare where you will visit the National Museum. This museum is interested to those who wish to know African history.
Visit Nyanza in Butare the former king’s palace. Enjoy some of the old war dances performed by young Intore dancer’s lunch at Ibis in Butare, dinner and overnight at Laico/ Novotel hotel on bed and breakfast BB

Day 11: After transfer to airport for your international departure.
End of the tour.
