They are situated some 35 km off the mainland and are accessible by boat, or small aircraft, from the town of Vilanculos. Inhambane is in southern Mozambique and is one of the country’s favourite tourist destinations. Stretching from Quissico in the South to Nova Mambone in the North, Inhambane has Indian Ocean holiday destinations of all types, to suit every budget.
