Naivasha Simba lodge offers 70 superior guest rooms furnished with wrought iron and mahogany furniture and have a step-down sitting area with television. The rooms at Naivasha Simba Lodge are clustered in blocks of 10 rooms, with 6 on the ground flour and 4 on the top.
The middle two rooms on the top have interconnecting facilities, making it convenient for those with families.
Mt Longonot, an extinct volcano, towers behind the lake. Well manicured garden grounds upon which the Naivasha Simba is set, together with its countryside look and feel make it the perfect location for conferences, wedding receptions, honeymoons and private retreats.

Nature and Bird Walks
A nature walks and a rich diversity of flora habiting on the edge of lake naivasha, with a colorful range of over 400 bird species offer great birdwatching opportunities. One can see the Brimstone Canary, Spectacled Weaver, the Yellow Collared Love bird, the Red-billed Finch and the Lammergeyer.
The lake has a healthy fish population, which attracts the Cormorant, the Black Heron, and Pied Kingfisher.
Animals that can be spotted include; buffalo, dik dik, giraffe, the back and white colubus monkey, and on most afternoons guests are likely to catch a glimpse of hippos sunbathing in the lake.
Boat Rides
The hotel offers lake Naivasha frontage with direct access to private jetty. A sunset boat cruise will give you breathtaking views and gets guests closer to the water animals.
Fishing is allowed during six months a year and you can catch carp, tilapia and the occasional blackbass.
Take a trip to the Crescent Island to watch implala, waterbuck and warthog.
Hell’s Gate
Close by is Hell’s Gate National Park, which was named from its giant red cliffs outlining an interior cauldron of bubbling underground steam. The filming location of Tomb Raider II, its cliffs are a haven for rock climbers and a breeding ground for Verreaux’s eagles and Swifts.
Activities in the park include cycling, camping picnics and horseback safaris.Visits to the geothermal power station can also be arranged.
