Day 1: Nairobi

This safari begins at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi and ends at Mombasa International Airport.

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be welcomed be a member of the &Beyond team, who will drive you to your hotel.
Kenya's capital, Nairobi, offers bustling markets, an interesting history and numerous attractions. Named after a Maasai watering hole, 'enkare nyarobi', which means 'place of cool waters', the city is known for its leafy streets and parks, as well as towering skyscrapers and imposing architecture.
Spend the night in an ensuite room at the Southern Sun Mayfair. Your stay includes breakfast.

Day 2-3: Laikipia Plateau

You will be driven to Wilson Airport for a flight to Loisaba airstrip. From there, a short game drive will take you to camp.

The eastern escarpment of the Rift Valley, known as the Laikipia Plateau, is divided into enormous game reserves. The plateau is home to more endangered species than anywhere else in East Africa.
Relax for two nights in a cottage at Mutamaiyu House. Your stay includes three meals daily, as well as game drives in the Mugie Wildlife Conservancy, sundowners, guided walks, camel walks, fishing, a visit to a local school and a visit to Gala Graves.


Day 4-5: Lake Naivasha

You will be driven to the airstrip for a light aircraft flight to Loldia Airstrip, from where a short drive will take you to camp.
Lake Naivasha is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus. At the beginning of the 20th century, the lake completely dried up and effectively disappeared until heavy rains a few years later filled it up again.
Indulge in two nights at your choice of the following:

A luxury cottage at Kiangazi House
A luxury cottage at Chui Lodge
Adventures include game drives in Hell's Gate National Park, guided bush walks, a visit to Oserian Flower Farm, boat trips and fishing, bush breakfasts and sundowners.

Day 6-8: Masai Mara Game Reserve

You will be driven to the airstrip, from where you will be flown to Kichwa Airstrip. A vehicle will be waiting to take you on a game drive to the camp.

Kenya's most renowned game park, the Masai Mara is situated on the northern border of Tanzania's Serengeti National Park. Its legendary Great Migration of over two million wildebeest and other antelope has been described as one of nature's greatest wildlife spectacles. Game viewing is wonderful year round, with virtually guaranteed sightings of the Big Five.
Linger for three nights in a luxury safari tent at &Beyond Kichwa Tembo Masai Mara Tented Camp. Your stay includes three meals daily, teas and coffees, and emergency medical evacuation. Daily lodge adventures include game drives, bird watching and daily lectures by a Maasai naturalist.


Day 9-11: Mombasa

Catch a light aircraft flight to Ukunda airstrip, where a member of the &Beyond team will be waiting to drive you to Tijara Beach.
The coastal city of Mombasa has some of the best beaches in the world. The city offers diverse marine life, game park safaris, world-class hotels and friendly people, as well as one of the best white, sandy beaches in Africa.
Spend three nights in a cottage at Tijara Beach. Explore the balmy waters while snorkelling or indulge in reef, beach and cave walks.

Day 12: Departure

You will be driven to Mombasa International Airport, where your adventure with us will end.
